Filter Welding On the Infusion Apparatus

Problem Statement

Customer need to design an automation assembly machine for infusion apparatus’s cap and filter welding, they have to check the position accuracy after the filter has welded on the cap. Inspection must be done during the parts moving, inspection time must be less than 20ms.

Solution

Recommended Panasonic vision system with 3 mega pixel camera, using binaryzation function, detect the area of the center part of the product, and determine if the product is acceptable.
