Soldering Flatten and Polishing of the Rotor

Problem Statement

The Japanese customer is in the production of automotive power windows and electric seats with micro motor. The customer wanted to modify their production line of the soldering flatten and polishing of the rotor, it is aimed to improve the productivity and cutting down the cost.

Solution

By using EPSON robot for the material load/unload.

Customer’s Feedback

With the new system implemented, it has greatly raised the productivity and cut down the production cost. Soldering flatten and polishing can be completed in the same machine, highly increase the consistency.
